My name is Zach! I have a Bachelors in Exercise Science, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through NSCA, Pain-Free Performance Specialist (PPSC), and have a background in Physical Therapy and Rehab. I have been in the Personal Training field for 7 years. I am also a Competitive Powerlifter and a previous USPA VA State Record Holder. I have worked with people of all age ranges (from 12-95 years old). My goal is to meet you where you are, create a realistic plan for you to achieve your goals, and help you find the love for fitness and strength that I have found over the years.

I’ve known him for a couple of years now so from what I knew about him it was a no brainer to start working together. I wanted to get back into conditioning seriously again since my knee surgery but was kind of in a rut. Zach helped me get back into not only conditioning / exercising again, but to also ENJOYING it again. We transitioned from general conditioning to strength training and it was one of the best investments and decisions I’ve made. Zach is an amazing coach, but an even better person. He genuinely cares and wants you to succeed (probably more than you do yourself lol).
